1. How can I make a booking during the pandemic?

Placing a booking online through the website in the normal way is faster and more convenient for you. You may also call or email us to confirm that you have made the booking.

2. Why are some, trips' travel dates not confirmed?

This is due to the pandemic situation with various countries and their restrictions including health and safety precautions, confirmation is pending as to when they’re prepared to open up again. We are committed to continually working with the different Shrines, Basilica’s, and holy sites to bring you updated information as soon as we have them. We’re also excited to deliver our services to you, therefore we have made some changes we hope that you will like the improvements.

3. Is it safe to travel to those pilgrimages now?

Yes. We have taken precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and customers, also to the various places we hope to visit, we work in conjunction and respect the policies and measures that have been put in place by the Shrines. We kindly ask all our customers to respect and adhere to the notices and policies that we have provided for their safety and ours. “We are in this together”.

4. What is Sunrise-2-Sunset Tours doing to keep customers and employees safe?

Since the beginning, we have adhered to all the health authorities' warnings and proactively responded. We have been in lockdown for more than two years in this time we continue to keep our staff, customers, and management safe, while working behind-the-scenes improving our working environment.

Also, taking care of each other and our charities. We have applied new procedures and systems to the business. We have taken actions at our facilities to protect employees including increased hygiene and cleaning at all levels and to maintain social distancing in our workplace.

5. Help and Customer Service:

Our business Opening hours: 10:00 – 17:00 (Mon- Fri)

Visiting hours: at present, there are no visiting hours allowed for customer safety

6. Shopping online: is available 24/7 at your convenience you may wish to contact us by phone, or email, to advise us that you are about to post a cheque to us or pay through your bank. Please be aware that your booking is confirmed only when cleared funds and confirmation of payment have been received.

Each individual pilgrim wishing to travel with us MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID -19, wear a face-covering, and continue to do so throughout your journey, and use hand sanitizer, your temperature will then be taken. Do take note, that if you’re travelling alone and do not wish to sit next to another pilgrim due to the COVID - 19 restrictions and social distancing you are advised to purchase the seat next to you, and this will be at half the price of the original cost. Other options available are to travel with a companion or not travel at this time.

It’s important to place your booking at least 16 weeks – 109 days or 3 and a half months, before departure, on all trips more than three days long, and you must complete a booking form and return it to us with part or full payment at least 8 weeks before the departure date, your final payment is due 56 days or 8 weeks before we travel, see our terms & conditions.

7. Services availability and travelling dates: Are available for the UK, only at this present time, as we wait for the further lifting of restrictions. We will update this notice as often as possible. Please also, view the website for new services and up-and-coming dates.
